I am a vilified non-custodial parent who has been denied visitation from his children for over 2.5 years. I have been convicted of being a bad parent based upon a decade of repeated false allegations that are now treated like facts by the courts. A preponderance of allegations have substituted for any evidence for this "conviction."

I must retain a psychologist who must confer with two other child psychologists, then obtain a consensus--that must be submitted to the court--that I am worthy to be a parent to my children. I am a devoted father who wants to be reunited with my kids.

The 5th TRO. I want to thank all my friends, relatives, and everyone who believes in me as a dedicated father and father's rights activist. On December 31, 2008, the Honorable Judge Paul T. Murakami dissolved the Temporary Restraining Order against me. I am now free to write again.

Child Psychologists Survey. The survey was open for a month (12/2/08 - 1/2/09). Thank you for your participation. Out of 280 first-class post cards, about 20 were returned. A single psychologist answered the request, "Help me be with my kids." With such a small response, it is clear and convincing evidence--to me--that the current court order cannot be implemented.
